Work With Me

Let’s work together — if it’s the right fit.

One Frazzled Mum has been around for over 11 years, starting life as a family lifestyle blog and now firmly planted in the gloriously chaotic territory of middle-aged, perimenopausal living. These days, my content leans heavily into real life as it is now: coffee-fuelled writing sessions, hormone-driven rants, fostering a steady rotation of rescue dogs, and the occasional moan about adult children (or as I call them, “teens with bank accounts”).

I no longer feature children’s products or content — Olivia is now 19 and living her best life outside of the blog — so any collaborations need to be relevant to my current audience and focus. That means:

  • Middle-aged and perimenopausal life — health, lifestyle, humour, and all the relatable bits in between
  • Dog-related content — fostering stories, pet care, and anything for dogs that actually makes life easier for them and me
  • Lifestyle features — home, travel, entertainment, or anything that ties into my voice and readership

I’ve worked with a wide range of brands over the years to create content that’s engaging, relatable, and honest. If we collaborate, you can expect a creative approach, an authentic tone, and zero fluff (unless it’s attached to a dog).

Previous Collaborations

While my current focus is firmly on middle-aged, perimenopausal life (with plenty of dogs and the occasional rant), I’ve worked with a wide range of brands over the years. These campaigns show the variety of projects I’ve taken on — and the creative, honest approach I bring to every collaboration.

If you’d like to see examples of my past work, here are some of my favourite campaigns to date:
