Adding Bimuno DAILY To My Diet

3 boxes of bimuno products. the daily, travel aid and ibaid

I have long been an advocate of taking prebiotics and supplements to help improve my health. In the past, I have found them to be really beneficial to my health and they have helped with those sluggish, bloated feelings I have experienced at one time or another. Mostly thanks to my diet and my hiatus hernia symptoms.

Bimuno DAILY is a powder food supplement that can be taken daily and added to virtually anything with no taste or alteration to the food or drink it is added to.

Dosed in handy single-serving sachets, each one contains 3.65g of powder. A daily serving of Bimuno DAILY provides 2.9g of the active ingredient – galactooligosaccharides (B-GOS®). Each sachet is gluten free but has the following allergens

  • Galacto-oligosaccharides (milk)
  • Lactose (milk)
  • Glucose (milk)
  • Galactose (milk)

Bimuno DAILY can be consumed at any time of the day by anyone over the age of 4 (ages 4-12 should consume half a sachet daily, 12+ 1 sachet per day).

Taking 3 days to get into your system, effects from continued daily use can felt from day 4 and kept up as you continue to add Bimuno DAILY to your daily diet.

I am terrible at remembering to take supplements, medication etc regularly.

So to reduce this risk, I swapped out my tub of Stevia for the Bimuno DAILY box by the kettle to add to my morning cuppa. We all know I need this to function of a morning so for me, it was easier to kick the day off and consume it first thing, This would reduce the chance of me forgetting to take it later on in the day.

As expected, I felt no change for the first few days, however, after checking in on the website 3 weeks in I noticed I hadn’t felt any of the reported symptoms for days 4-7. I also haven’t noticed as many undesirable side effects from my diet and hiatus hernia. Trapped wind, reduced. Gurgling/ digestive issues, again not as noticeable.

The benefits for me haven’t been 100% noticeable at once, but more of a gradual thing that I am only noticing as the days move past and I continue adding the Bimuno DAILY supplement to my diet each day.

There is less bloating and more healthier feeling.

This, in turn, has helped me to make significant changes to my diet too. The better I feel on the inside, the more likely I am to want to keep up that feeling by eating better. I know from past experiences how important how I feel on this inside is to my overall well being. Bimuno Daily has helped me regain the balance to an extent to be able to make the changes I needed to.

With no adverse side effects in my experience, I found taking the supplement easy to take when added to my cup of coffee daily. Having yet to try out the travel supplement, I will be keeping it for when I need it confident that it will help keep me healthy when I need it the most.

If you would like to try Bimuno DAILY and see how it can benefit you it is available for a one-off purchase price of £11.99 or for £8.03 for a regular subscribe and save option (minimum 12-month term).
