The Quntis Reindeer Curtain Lights: The Perfect Christmas Window Lights
Quntis Reindeer Christmas Lights
You may have seen my previous post about the very cute Quntis Christmas Tree Light and read my thoughts on finding the perfect Christmas window lights. While I loved the Christmas tree light, I also received these stunning reindeer lights that I needed to try out. So, while the Christmas tree light was a huge hit, would Quntis outdo themselves and give me a better, more suitable option for my windows?
But why is finding the right window lights so important? Firstly, I live on a main road, and all the other houses manage to create stunning windows – the houses opposite have larger windows to work with, but even my row of neighbours with the same windows manage to create some special displays too. Secondly, I want a really nice window display because my windows aren’t the prettiest (I have internal glazing slide across windows, so the frame is bulky and ugly to look at but required to block traffic noise).
So there we go.
As I mentioned previously, my windows aren’t the easiest to dress up due to their construction, and their size isn’t always compatible with pretty displays. In the past, I have tried lights in a similar style to the reindeer lights, and it just didn’t work.
But the measurements of these lights did, so I was curious to see if the lights themselves would fall right and not be blocked by the frame as other options inevitably were.
Would they or not? Let’s find out more about the Quntis Reindeer Curtain Lights First.
The Quntis Reindeer Curtain Lights

Featuring 94 LEDs, these mains-operated reindeer lights feature 5 reindeer in star shapes that are lit up around the shape of the animal of the season. The reindeer itself is a metal cutout, and the frame and the cord light up instead.
They are versatile, being waterproof, meaning you can use them indoors or out, and they come with the following specs so you can measure up for your home.
- 94 LEDs,
- 5 stars
- 5 strings of drops (3 short and 2 long)
- Cord length 120cm
- Star Christmas lights diameter of 17cm
- Short droop 57cm (including stars), long droop 77cm (including stars)
- Droop interval 30cm
- Extra long power cord length of 5m
They also come with a handy range of settings so you can personalise the lights as you wish. The lights are 360 on the decoration, meaning you can see them both inside and outside the window for a lovely warm glow in warm white. The settings are In Wave, Sequential, Steady On, Chasing/Flash, Slow Fade, Twinkle/Flash and Steady On. Plus, they have a handy turn-off feature: 8 on, 16 hours off, and they will shut down after 8 and come back on again after 16 hours if not manually turned off and on. Plus, they also remember your last setting, so they come on automatically as per your last setting, so there is no need to change the theme unless you fancy a change.
What Did I Think?

Oh, I absolutely adore them. Truly, I do.
As mentioned earlier in the post, my windows aren’t the best for hanging lights like these due to the frame. However, as there are 5 hanging stars with reindeer in them, three stars fall directly in the middle of each window and the other two on the frame. So, while you can’t see all 5 from outside, it doesn’t look odd, and you still get the full even effect from inside. The long cord reaches down to my plug socket with no problem, and I personally think they look great in the window. And I love the metal cutout of the reindeer. It’s understated yet perfect for the setting, much nicer than any I have had in the past, that’s for sure.
I just want to add a little note regarding the colour of the light in my images. Depending on the angle I took the picture, the colour changed from a warm white to bright white light. While both look great for pictures, the true colour is a more softer, warmer light, not the bright light, so you’re not confused as to what to expect if you buy them.
