Your Windows Need The Quntis Christmas Tree Window Lights!

I love Christmas, I really do. I love getting all the decorations out, sitting at home basking in the warm glow of fairy lights, and generally enjoying the whole vibe of Christmas, except for the shopping and business of being out and about in the pre-Christmas retail rush. But years of working retail at Christmas will do that to you.

But I digress. Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year, followed closely by those longer nights when you can start sitting in your back garden at 8 p.m., and it’s still kind of light out. For us, decorating has become somewhat of a sport in recent years. Each year, we’re adding something new, changing how we decorate, and trying to make our home feel as festive as possible.

However, one area I always struggle with is my windows. For some reason, I can never find the perfect window decorations for my front living room windows, and honestly, it drives me crazy—so much so that I didn’t even put any up last year. I do have the Santa and snowman-shaped lights, but I wasn’t feeling it.

So, this year, when I was asked if I wanted to feature some window lights, I was curious to see if these would finally solve my Christmas window woes.

We all need a classic Christmas tree in our lives, and the window is no exception. Now, I have to tell you my window is split into three small windows, which is mainly what poses the problem. They’re quite wide and short, too.

The Quntis Christmas Tree Light, being battery-operated, eliminates the need for an extension lead trailing the window, which can often detract from the overall effect. This convenience was a major relief for me, and I’m sure it will be for you too.

But before we discuss how it looks and fits, let’s examine some specs to determine whether this light is what you’re looking for, too.

The Christmas tree light features 143 LED lights, and the tree is available in multicoloured and green colourways. The green option has green LED lights on the tree part and a warm white star at the top, while the multicoloured option has multicoloured lights or warm white all over. This variety of colour options gives your Christmas decor a personalised touch.

The light itself is waterproof, meaning you can hang it outside if you wish. It has 8 different settings: sequential (lights move in a sequence), slo-glo (lights fade in and out), Chasing/Flash (lights chase each other or flash), Slow fade (lights fade in and out slowly), Twinkle/Flash (lights twinkle or flash), and Steady on (lights remain steady). Each setting offers a unique lighting effect, allowing you to create the perfect ambience for your Christmas decor.

Plus, and this is something I like, there is a 6-hour on and 18-hour off cycle. This means if you forget to turn them off like I always do, they will turn themselves off, meaning you’re not burning through those double AAs (by the way, it takes 3 double AA batteries, which aren’t included). The energy-saving feature will preserve the power used, ensuring the batteries last longer and reducing the need for frequent battery replacements, which is a win for both your wallet and the environment.

The light includes a sticky hook, which allows you to position it easily and offers a more discreet hanging option than some window lights.

Thoughts on the Quntis Christmas Tree Window Light?

On first impressions, the Quntis Christmas Tree Window Light is thin, lightweight, and on a metal frame rather than the bulky white plastic options I already have. The battery pack and added hook are also a bonus for me, and the push button to change features and colours is easily accessible. Compared to the Santa and snowman-shaped lights I have, the Quntis Christmas Tree Window Light is more versatile, energy-efficient, and offers a more discreet hanging option. It’s inspiring me to get more creative with my decorations.

Firstly, I love the construction. It really does look better when it’s hung in the window. I love that it can flip from warm white to multicoloured at the push of a button, and you can adjust the settings. Had I had multiple of these, they would have been perfect for my living window and their construction. In fact, I might buy 2 more of them and hang them on my bedroom window.

The light doesn’t come with your usual suction hook, as per most other lights. It comes with a sticky hook, which is great because once it’s up, it stays up. However, it can be tricky to get back off the window again, so that is worth bearing in mind when purchasing this. But if you’re sticking it to a frame and don’t mind leaving it up there, it’s not a problem at all.

The Quntis Christmas Tree Window Light has a 10% off code 7ZA46GS3 if you purchase it for your windows this Christmas.
