Recently we were sent some Panda Drinks to enjoy. Well, I say ‘we’ but they really were for Olivia! I *ahem* may or may not of been a little bit jealous………
Back in the day when I was Olivia’s age I used to love drinking Panda drinks. Little bottles of fizzy goodness usually accompanying a treat meal (chippy). Back then no one was really that worried about what they contained I know I certainly wasn’t!
But these days with a lot of focus on what we eat and what is in our food and drink Panda drinks have gone through somewhat of an image overhaul. With the focus now shifted to being drinks with ‘no nasties’ Panda drinks are back with a bang.
Gone are the little bottles of fizzy pop and in their place are:
- Still juice drinks in blackcurrant and raspberry
- Still flavoured water in orange and pineapple and blackcurrant
- Squash in tropical and summer fruits
Olivia is currently going through her “I only drink water” phase so I tried her with the still flavoured water and the blackcurrant was a big hit! My 18 month old niece had the blackcurrant flavour and she really enjoyed it too with lots of mmmm’s and ‘more tace’ so a big hit there and with no added sugar and only natural colours and flavours her mum was happy for her to be drinking them especially in their 250ml size just right for kids I think.
I tried out the raspberry juice and orange and pineapple water and have to say I was impressed. I can be quite fussy with juice drinks as I tend to find some leave a nasty after taste but not with Panda Drinks at all think these will be on my future shopping list especially at only £1 for a pack of 6 bottles at Asda too! You can also but Panda drinks at Tesco (squash only available here) and Ocado.
*Disclaimer: I was sent the above drinks FOC for the purpose of this review but all thoughts and opinions are my own*
