As you all know, I love anything that is personalised. So when Inscripture got in touch to see if I would like to review one of their gorgeous pieces, I couldn’t really say no. In the past, I have had some fabulous personalised pieces to gift to friends and family and to keep around my home but I haven’t really had anything specifically for me.

This time I was determined to be a little bit selfish and get something I could keep as my own just for me. And I have to say I wasn’t disappointed.

Choosing My Personalised Jewellery.

Inscripture have gone through a rebrand and I was excited to check out some of their new items and see what they have to offer. First up the site looks absolutely gorgeous and that’s before you click on the items! I was literally spoilt for choice. There are so many pretty things to choose from including necklaces, bracelets, earrings and so much more. There are matching items for parents and children and the option to have pieces personalised with a handwriting style too (this can be a standard option or your own handwriting).

I was torn. I had narrowed it down to 3 choices. A Rose Gold Leaf necklace, a Rose Gold Mother of Pearl Droplet necklace and a Rose Gold Personalised Bar necklace.

The Personalised Rose Gold Bar Necklace from Inscripture.

Oh, I love it! The necklace arrived on the Friday before our holiday so absolutely perfect timing. My first impression was that it was just so pretty and delicate. Then I noticed my name engraved with the Pristine font and I loved it a little bit more.

The Rose Gold Bar necklace from Inscripture is a 4 cm bar on an 18-inch chain for £28. The chain and bar are a high quality polished stainless steel with a high quality rose gold finish.

I have been wearing it pretty much every single since it arrived. Except for a couple of days when it was far to hot to have anything metal on my skin and days when I have been swimming. As the necklace is plated, I am careful to avoid anything that will take the shine off the necklace and dull it in any way.

If you are looking at getting an extra special gift for someone, I always say you can’t really go wrong with personalised items and based on the necklace I received from Inscripture, their jewellery would make a lovely gift, either for yourself or for someone else.

The only thing I would say about this necklace is that on me, it does come up short. It feels more like a 16-inch chain and to be honest I was convinced it was a 16-inch chain. But the website states the chain is actually an 18 inch. So if you are buying this as a gift it is definitely something to bear in mind. I have gotten used to it being a little shorter than I would normally wear but it definitely still looks great when I wear it!
