yellow baloon saying happy birthday

One Frazzled Mum is 4!

I have another fabulous competition for you. This time courtesy of the lovely people over at Pink Parcel. If you caught my review last month, you will know how excited I was to receive my very own Pink Parcel after Olivia received a Betty Box over the summer!

Betty Box is aimed at tweens and teens and is a monthly subscription box filled with goodies and tampons or pads of your choice to help make your period a little bit better. The Pink Parcel is the ladies equivalent. We both loved our boxes and I’m so pleased to be collaborating with them both again.

One thing the team at It’s A Monthly Thing, who is behind both of these subscription boxes, are passionate about is breaking the stigma around periods. Being able to discuss what women’s bodies do naturally every month openly and without shame is essential to reducing shame and being able to educate young girls and women on something we all experience every month.

Periods are nothing to be ashamed of.

Women’s bodies are amazing and by breaking the taboo on periods, we can reclaim our bodies and turn periods into something positive.

This year It’s A Monthly Thing is launching ‘I’M ON!’ to help change negative feelings and views on periods and turn it into something positive. The campaign will see the release of a range of slogan t-shirts incorporating the ‘I’M ON’ phrase. By pairing it with words such as ‘ON FIRE’ or ‘ON A ROLL’ we can all support the campaign and help women everywhere take back control.

Proceeds from the sales of the tees will also be donated to period organisation Bloody Good Period.

As well as offering me 1 Betty Box and 1 Pink Parcel subscription box to giveaway to one of my lucky readers, I also have a discount code for you for 20% off your first box. Enter BB20 for 20% off a Betty Box and PP20 for 20% off a Pink Parcel. If you want to get a better idea of what you could receive in your box check out our reviews first by clicking the links above.
