As you know, I do suffer from pain in various joints and body parts. I don’t currently take any medication as the ones that help ease my pains also cause some undesirable side effects. Because of this, I need to find other ways of easing my pain.
Pilates is a great benefit to me as is using pain relief gel when it gets really bad. So when I came across Pernaton Gel Forte, I couldn’t wait to try it out, especially on my left shoulder and left lower back which has been quite sore of late.

Did Pernaton Gel Forte Help Ease My Aches and Pains?
I suffer from a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. And whilst this gel didn’t do much much to alleviate my pain, it helped me to relax my muscles so I wasn’t so tense. This is a big problem of mine. So by being more relaxed, it helped me get my daily exercises done to help with stiffness issues etc. This was a lovely feeling as I wasn’t battling tense muscles along with painful joints.
After applying, my neck and shoulders got really warm and tingly. It was a lovely feeling but after applying to my lower back, I didn’t get that sensation which was disappointing. Maybe my muscles didn’t need as much to relax them in that area? I don’t know. It is perfect for my neck and shoulders especially after a long day typing at my laptop.

Would like to try the gel, as it is new to me. Also would love to be able to ease muscular aches and pains :- Something which we can all have at times, such as following exercise, during busy and / or stressful times.
Relaxation and being pain free would be Bliss! Massage is something which I have found is helpful / beneficial to Health and Wellbeing.
