Introducing The Frazzled Collective & Win!
The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that over the weekend, my social media names changed. There are a few reasons for this. I aimed to do it earlier, but covid laid me out, and I had to take most of January off work.
During the last few months of 2020, I set up two new blogs. I struggled with where One Frazzled Mum was headed and what I wanted to post on it for a long time. It’s been a long time since it was a parenting blog if it ever was. Over the past 7 years, my interests have changed greatly, and my writing has improved drastically.
So in setting up new blogs, my thoughts were it would enable me to separate all my content from One Frazzled Mum and allow me to see it through fresh eyes and find my path for it. I’m not going to lie, I genuinely thought come 2021, I would be laying One Frazzled Mum to rest.
But that isn’t the case! And I couldn’t be more pleased.
My plan for this blog is to go through existing content and repurpose on other blogs. Then I will focus on writing about my thoughts on random topics, feelings on current events and so on. You see, I love to read opinion pieces and thoughtful posts, and I decided that if that is what I want to read, then maybe that is what I should write about. What do you think?
I am keeping the blog name, One Frazzled Mum. I still love it. It is still an apt description of me, and honestly, I will be frazzled till the day I die. So it made sense that if I was starting new blogs I had to incorporate ‘frazzled’ somehow, didn’t I!
Introducing The Frazzled Collective.
As of 31st January 2021, all my social handles will be @thefrazzledcollective on Facebook and Instagram and @thefrazzledcoll on Twitter. I will be changing Pinterest in due time and updating my pins too.
My blogs will be;
And for good measure, you can also find me writing over at Biz Breakdown with one of my best friends and fellow blogger Rachel from Coffee Cake Kids.
Currently, I am moving all appropriate content over, and I will be spending a lot of time working behind the scenes to make sure this process is done quickly and without little fuss.
The Frazzled Collective.
Back to my social media changes. While all my content will be split across three blogs, I don’t have it in me to start new sets of social for all my blogs (except Biz Breakdown as it is business orientated). So I decided I could change my name and encompass all I write about under one group name.
After all, this content has previously featured on One Frazzled Mum and is already being shared on these channels, so it makes sense to keep it altogether. Hence the name change to The Frazzled Collective. With all my blog names starting One Frazzled…. it made sense to collate this together so you would know you were on one of my blogs and associate this with me to tie them together in one place. Plus it makes it much easier for me, too when it comes to social media as you all know, I am not the best at updating my social media feeds.
