We have a new Queen of the Jungle! Scarlett Moffatt has been crowned the winner of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here 2016. Are you a fan? Olivia loves it. She’s a reality show junkie she is. It’s safe to say though that the real winners of I’m A Celeb are in fact non other than Ant and Dec.
Having been hosts from the very first series I’m sure Ant and Dec have a fair few stories to tell. But would you like to meet them in the Jungle camp? Would you be able to win a star or two in a bush tucker trial? Or do you fancy yourself as future queen or king of the jungle. Both myself and Olivia are far to squeamish for that kind of thing but that didn’t stop us from having fun in the I’m A Celeb feature at Madam Tussauds Blackpool.
I have to say I have always fancied meeting the boys, ever since the good old Biker Grove Days but their waxworks will have to do me for now. Despite having my picture taken with the pair, I was not tempted in the slightest to pretend I was part of any bush tucker trials. Just the thought of it brings me out in a cold sweat.
Anyone For A Bush Tucker Trial?
My niece however was less fearful and loved getting involved in the realistic displays that bring the jungle to life at Madame Tussauds. She had her head in the bowl below which looked scarily full of bugs and creepy crawlies (not real of course) Would you put your head inside here? I couldn’t despite knowing 100% they were fake. No thank you.
Olivia was more interested crossing the rope bridge and posing with the boys, like myself. I have to say they looked very realistic. Sat at their desk with a suspicious looking plate beside them, Olivia was curious to find out what was underneath. Me, not so much if the realistic set up of the bushtucker trials were anything to go by anyway! I think she fancies herself as a presenter not participant! Although I would pay good money to see her put through her paces in the jungle (I know I’m a mean mum, I just can’t help it)
Could you dare to put your hands into the hell hole! What on earth in there? I think they hit the nail on the head here as the whole thing just looks slightly terrifying don’t you think?
For me it’s one of the more fun and interactive sections inside Madame Tussauds. There is the rope bridge, mock trials and a photo opportunity with Ant and Dec and the chance to be crowned as the next Queen/King of the jungle. It’s definitely a lot more fun than the real jungle looks and a must visit for any I’m a Celeb fan. So realistic in fact it’s even got the seal of approval from Gemma Atkinson, a former contestant. She returned to the jungle to be crowned Blackpool’s Queen of the Jungle!
All that’s left to say is I’m a Blogger Get Me Out Of Here………..
