My Top 5 Personalised Gifts with ASDA Photo
Every Christmas, you can count on one thing. I will always provide someone with a personalised gift. I love personalised items, and if they include pictures, even better. We take so many pictures of our lives now thanks to the ease of smartphones, and while this is great, many of these images stay stuck on our phones. So to combat this, I try to bring some of those pictures to life for birthdays, Christmases or Mother’s Day.
Over the past few years, it is noted that I gift the ‘nan squad’ in the family photo calendars. I am also prone to photo blankets, canvases, and so much more. And this isn’t limited to me; for my 40th birthday, my youngest sister got me a Sister Selfie book of all of our selfies from our various adventures over the past couple of years.
We have been lucky enough to review some great products over the years for different family members. I have been fortunate enough ot work with some fantastic brands who supply high-quality personalised image products, but by far, one of my favourites is ASDA Photo. So I thought I would pop a post up of my favourite 5 personalised gifts you can choose from ASDA Photo. I would love to know what your favourite is.
Calendars from ASDA Photo
First up has to be my favourite gift, the photo calendar. Every year, I make these for my mum, Olivia’s dad’s mum (Nanny B), my youngest nieces nan, and my nephew’s nan this year. ASDA Photo does a wide range of calendar sizes and styles with many different colours and designs ot choose from. You can add text, pictures to each day of the month, one image or 4 to each month and so on. The customisable options are excellent, plus they are easy to use, and you can edit the image until you are happy. Calendars start from £8.50 up to £15.

Photo Books
I love a good photobook, and so do the kids. They love flipping through the pages, and they’re a fantastic alternative to photo albums. At ASDA Photo, you can choose hardback, soft book and lay-flat photo books in different sizes with your images printed glossy or matte.
I ordered this book to commemorate Olivia’s dad’s recent wedding in Greece. They had a two week holiday and the pictures are lovely. She will be giving this to them for Christmas. Photo books start from £9 and are available in 6 sizes. You can vary the number of images on each page and even add more pages. At checkout, you will be alerted to any low-quality images that could affect the overall quality giving you the option to change them. I had low-quality images, which always turned out great for me (typically when using pictures taken from social media or sent via Whatsapp). Keep this in mind when choosing your selection.

Photo Blankets
We have a collection of blankets in our living room to pull out when temperatures drop or you need to snuggle down for the latest Marvel blockbuster. We have a few personalised blankets, and this pink one fits in perfectly with our colour scheme. Last year, I created a collage of images for Olivia, and it looks great; plus, it washes well with no loss of quality. We have had this one for over a year now, and it is still as fresh and soft as the day we got it.
Blankets come in 28×28, 34×24 and 57×37 inches and are priced from £28 to £45.

Photo Cushions
To go with a photo blanket, you need a pillow. This super sparkly double sided sequin pillow is ideal for bedrooms for any age. But ASDA Photo doesn’t just have sequin cushions; you can buy them in suede and canvas in four different shapes; square, round, heart and rectangle.
Prices range from £14 to £26.50 depending on your chosen style and design – there are over 40 to choose from!

Aluminium Print
This year, for Father’s Day, we created a photo gift for Olivia’s dad of their dog. They got him just before Christmas 2020, and he is a much-loved part of the family now, so we decided to get a nice picture they could put up featuring one of her dad’s pictures as he is an amateur photographer.
The aluminium print is an excellent alternative to the usual canvas print, and the quality of the picture, despite it being flagged as low-quality, was superb. Everyone was pleased with the result.
You can choose a print on a foam board, in acrylic or aluminium, in 12 sizes from 8×8 to 20×30, with prices up to £85.

These are my top 5 personalised gift items from ASDA Photo. What would you pick?
