I don't get a lot of time to read but my mum does & she likes Anna Jacobs at the moment.
Sorry forgot to say why! Well, I guess different reasons for each, but for each author, when I pick up the book I lose track of time, I itch to get back to the story, and I feel immersed in the story and involved with the characters.
I don't have a current favourite, but my favourites include Gerald Durrell, Harlan Coben, Lee child's, Arthur Ransome and Tess gerritson.
Nora Roberts – Well written, believable characters and ultimately really good reads
Martina Cole – all her books are page turners
My all time favourite author is JG Ballard – genius imagery and unique landscape.
Pamela says – my favourite author is always the one that I happen to be reading when someone asks me that question! At present it is Brian Freyermuth. This is the first time that I have read a book about demons and vampires and it is really rather good!

Love Christina Jones. She's so different and know I'll get a great story. Pick her books up in the library and take them out without even reading the back of it. 🙂
At the moment I am a real Jack Reacher fan so making my way through the Lee Child books unto number 8 so far.
