You may remember way, way back in January that I embarked on my fit and healthy campaign with Nutribuddy. Well January is long over and I though I would update you on my results but first let me refresh your memory a little.
Nutribuddy Weight Loss Starter Kit comprised of ,
- Nutribuddy Sculpting Whey – a whey protein based shake that can be taken as either a meal or snack replacement. Made from the milk of GM free, free range, grass fed cows and containing ingredients such as green tea and guarana to help boost metabolism.
- Nutribuddy Hunger Fix Tablets – containing glucomannan from the root of a plant, this takes up space in your stomach to keep you feeling fuller for longer thus suppressing your appetite.
- Nutribuddy Multivitamins – general multi vitamins for well being.
The idea is that you take 1 multi vitamin a day, every day. At least an hour before meals have 1 or 2 hunger fix tablets to help suppress your appetite, then have a sculpting whey shake as either a meal or snack replacement. The pack I was supplied with is a 30 day supply and costs £69.99. With this you get a free shaker and weight loss booklet for tips and meal ideas.
If you follow my instagram you may of seen quite a few tweets about the different ways I was enjoying my shake and the different times I was having it for variation. You can mix the shake with milk of water or even add it to smoothies amongst other things.
I have tried things like this before and to notice major differences you really have to put in the effort yourself, a lot more than I was anyway. About 2 weeks in I rejoined the gym however having not had any exercise for 2 years, I didn’t really go at it all guns blazing at first. Just some aqua classes and upping my walking. I also struggled with my diet too. I persevered, however due to this I didn’t see the results I expected obviously! But I did actually see results which kind of surprised me as the system was obviously working for me in some way! After all you reap what you sow, you put in the effort and the desired results will follow.
This works. It worked for me with minimum effort at times, increasing as the month went on. I personally think I would of benefited from this further on into my weight loss journey, ie after some initial loss and when I was back into my gym routine. I had results, not the massive ones I would of liked but results none the less. I would recommend this to go along side a gym routine and healthy eating plan you have in place to gain maximum benefits from this product. The shake was drinkable and actually enjoyable and the whole thing was really easy to fit into my current lifestyle with minimal fuss. The hunger fix tablets do help with controlling your appetite to a degree I actually impressed by these and I am considering repurchasing these alone to help with future weight loss. I would recommend this for those looking for an extra boost alongside a weight loss system already in place, the results will be amazing. I mean I lost 10 inches all over with minimal effort on the system, can you imagine what I would of achieved with a good exercise structure in place!
If you feel like you would like to give this a try you can purchase from their website with free delivery on all orders over £60, meaning this would system would qualify just pop over to Nutribuddy after having a look below at my results!
Weight: 13st 12lb
Total: 10 inch loss all over
I’m sorry but with minimal effort these results aren’t to be sniffed at really are they! If I’m honest I was all poised to post about my lack of noticeable results but looking at my before and after pictures, you can really see a difference despite my loss of actual weight I have lost inches. I suspect that the weight I thought I was, when I weighed myself at my mum’s on Christmas day may not of been 100% accurate the day I posted my previous post. There may of been possible fluctuation in my weight too but the pictures don’t lie and there are positive results in other statistics too.
What are your thoughts on using systems like this to lose weight and have you got a success story to share?
