Did you make any new years resolutions? I didn’t you know. I have some goals for 2016 but these are mostly things carried over from 2015/14/13 etc and so on because I am pretty rubbish when it comes to sticking to things.
One thing that was on my list was to get healthy and lose a bit of weight. Now I know 2015 was the year of plus size figures being celebrated and accepted but weighing in at 14 stone I am starting to feel uncomfortable in myself and really unhealthy. Needless to say I was pretty chuffed when Nutribuddy chose me to try out their new range of natural sports supplements to help aid weight loss! Just what I needed to give me that much needed kick start. This is what I will trying out;
- Weight loss starter kit containing,
- Nutribuddy Sculpting Whey – a whey protein based shake that can be taken as either a meal or snack replacement. Made from the milk of GM free, free range, grass fed cows and containing ingredients such as green tea and guarana to help boost metabolism.
- Nutribuddy Hunger Fix Tablets – containing glucomannan from the root of a plant, this takes up space in your stomach to keep you feeling fuller for longer thus suppressing your appetite.
- Nutribuddy Multivitamins – general multi vitamins for well being.
This bundle is available for £69.99 (correct at time of publishing post) and comes with a free shaker too as pictured above.
Each day I will be taking one hunger fix capsule at least 15 minutes before each meal. One multivitamin tablet with breakfast every morning and aiming to supplement lunch for a shake every day. Now I have a huge appetite so some days this may end up just replacing a snack but I am looking forward to seeing the effects of the hunger fix tablets as I am a terrible snacker. There’s no such thing as a couple of biscuits with a cuppa for me, it’s the whole pack! So it’s safe to say they have their work cut out with me!
Now for the important bit……..
- Weight: 14st 0lb
- Height: 5ft 2in
- Waist: 41in
- Chest: 38in
- Arm: 13in
- Thigh: 21in
What can I say I like my food! I am not setting myself a target as any weight loss is good and I don’t want to put too much pressure on myself either. As well as reducing the amount of junk I eat I will be increasing my exercise routine from reaching for the remote to something more. I have a great little app on my phone with 7 minute exercise sets on so I will be giving that a whirl until I get round to rejoining the gym. Maybe I will wait for the new year join ups to pass before I join.
I will post a 2 week update on around the 16th January then my final results around 2nd February. If you are losing wieght with Nutribuddy or some other way please let me know I would love some support/tips/encouragement.
