Money is super tight this month so I thought I would do some meal planning to use up all of the food in my cupboard. I usually just go and buy whatever takes my fancy when I rock up at Aldi for the weekly shop. The problem this month is that I have gone from weekly to monthly pay and I’m not getting paid until the end of January eeek!!!!! Such a shock to the system and I have to be honest I’m not used to being so thrifty with money so it’s going to be an experience for me to say the least!
On my meal plan I have literally just done evening meals, the reason for this is because for breakfast I will either be having Weetabix or Porridge and Olivia has Cookie Crisp cereal or toast. Olivia will be having lunch in school and I will be having my Nutribuddy Meal Replacement Shake either as a snack replacement or instead of lunch.
This is my meal plan for this week! Fingers crossed it’s a success and I can do it all again next week. Do you use meal planners or not? Feel free to leave me any tips or advice to help me out!
