Blog Birthday Giveaways Day 6: Win a beauty bundle

Welcome to day 6 of my blog birthday giveaways.

One Frazzled Mum is 2 on 14th February and to celebrate I am hosting 7 days of giveaways, 1 per day each lasting 14 days.

Today’s prize is a bundle of beauty products. Everything in the picture and possibly more………………..

This is my stash of products I buy because they have been reduced to ridiculously low prices eg Ambre Solaire tan for less than £1!!!!! Yet I don’t even use these things so I thought you lovely readers might benefit from them more than me. There is a chance this may grow as I come across more bargains. So the minimum bundle you will receive will be the products in the picture.

  1. Best Beauty Tip: Choose one of three to focus on – hair, makeup, or outfit. Make it fabulous, and all the rest will look natural 🙂

  2. Drink lots of water, I know it’s boring and cliche but I really did see an improvement in my skin when I started drinking the recommended daily amount, I felt better too.

  3. Moisturize twice a day! Drink plenty of water and lots of fruit and veg! I do have the odd break out but nothing much! *touch wood* xx

  4. Drink plenty of water as to look healthy and hydrated on the outside you need to be healthy and hydrated on the inside

  5. Remember to exfoliate, especially during harsh winter months, otherwise no matter what makeup or moisturiser you out on your skin it will not look good x

  6. my beauty tip is *plenty of sleep * plenty of water * less makeup *spf cream. every day life can affect our skin with ageing, stress, pollution, dieting and over doing it. we should look after our skin as we do our bodies.

  7. Exfoliate regularly as it will help prevent ingrowing hairs and allow your body lotion to absorb into your skin better.

  8. Run out of shaving gel/foam ?! Smother your legs in hair conditioner and then shave away….not only will your pins be hair free but also silky smooth and soft!

  9. It may be an old chestnut but drinking lots of water has a really beneficial effect on your skin. The best beauty tip of all though ……………… SMILE !

  10. Have a good routine and use good all natural products. If you can’t find any them make some up yourself with lots of vitamin rich ingredients from your kitchen. You skin will feel amazing after and all natural pamper. It’s a good idea to use natural face masks once a month to deeply cleanse your pores.

  11. Always use a toner to remove all traces of make up and cleanser before applying moisturiser. Your skin always feel more refreshed that way!!

  12. Spritz an old toothbrush or a clean mascara wand with hairspray, then brush brows and style them as desired. Even the most hard to tame brows will fall in line with this trick.

  13. Use a primer, you’ll be amazed how much smoother your foundation goes on, how little you’ll need to use and how long it will last.

  14. If you get bad shaving rash use conditioner instead of shaving foam on your legs. Then use a roll on un perfumed deodorant on your legs. It helps stop the rash developing xx

  15. If on a tight beauty budget, either buy Aldi’s excellent low cost Lacura range or, instead, buy high street multi-purpose products such as tinted moisturiser with SPF included.

  16. If you’re out of shaving cream, lather your legs with conditioner instead of soap. Conditioner will soften the hair on your legs making it easier to shave (and it will leave your skin feeling extra silky).

  17. my top beauty tip is when your dying your hair at home before you start put your hair in a ponytail and apply vaseline all around your hairline back and front and your ears. once you are done dying your hair just wipe off with baby wipes…..voila! no dyed skin or ears….works every time x

  18. I don’t wear make up every day, which has kept my skin looking good so that when I’m going somewhere special, I can go all out.

  19. Never have a mirror in your bedroom. A lot about feeling beautiful is what you feel inside and you don’t want that spoiled by waking up to the same old face every morning. Wait until you make it to the bathroom and splash your face with ice cold water to shock the skin into life 😉

  20. if you’ve dry skin apply a facial oil over the top of your moisturiser before you go to bed for amazingly hydrated skin in the morning!

  21. Always remove your make up at bedtime and use a good face serum, It is good to use a face mask now and again too it makes my face feel very refreshed

  22. Castor oil is amazing for helping your eyebrows and eyelashes to grow. I use it every night and have seen a huge difference!

  23. Use a gel eyeliner (the kind in a little pot with a separate brush) and line both the upper and lower inner eyelids. Not only does it stay without running ( as kohl pencils do) but it makes a HUGE difference to how your lashes look once you have applied mascara. Lashes look longer and thicker. I swear by it x

  24. Exfoliating is key! I get quite a lot of flaky skin in my T-zone which can make my foundation look a bit naff so I make sure I exfoliate often

  25. If you want your skin to look its best, make sure you always remove your make-up before going to bed and drink a pint of water.

  26. Make the effort to remove your make up EVERY night before bed
Also Clarins eye make up remover is THE best I’ve ever used

  27. Drink lots of water to keep spots away and use a bath puff in the shower on black head affected areas to reduce the amount of them re appearing.

  28. Use night cream rather than day cream or regular moisturiser during winter to really help replenish moisture so as to combat the effects of central heating

  29. I am so lazy or tired to remove my make up in the evening so I keep a pack of baby wipes on my bedside table to remove any make up it’s not ideal but better than just going to bed! I love coconut oil too, it’s so versatile and such a good moisturiser.

  30. Happy bloggy birthday! 🙂

My beauty tip is to use coconut oil as a hair mask at least once a week, works much better than the fancier expensive brands I’ve tried in the past and it leaves your hair so so soft and smelling lovely! 🙂

  31. Use a facial scrub a couple of times of week (NOT every day, no scrub is that gentle even if it claims to be for daily use) for baby soft skin. It also helps your serum/day/night cream sink into your skin better afterwards, I have an expensive moisturiser (Philosophy) that I only use after a facial scrub as it goes much further.
