School holidays are hard. They are long and draining. I know for a fact I will be crawling to the finish line as Olivia tries her hardest to make me part with money I don’t have to do all the things that cost a small fortune as well as literally eating all the food! What is it with kid’s appetites when they’re off school? Are they like squirrels and store the food for during term time? Seriously!

As I am writing this, it is the beginning of August and I am still to do anything myself with Olivia. She has had a few days away with the family and her dad but not with me. I am hoping to get out and about with her this month, finances permitting. She would like to go to Blackpool for the weekend AND go to London to see Wicked.
