Christmas Gift Ideas for the Family!

I don’t about you, but I really struggle to come up with different ideas for gifts to buy everyone! Usually, I pull it out of the bag. Not always and not consistently, but I do get stuck a lot and end up panic buying so as to have something rather than nothing. This tends to happen for my mum as she is a nightmare to buy for! Last year I finished off her present on Christmas Eve. Before New Year, I found her returning the items before she started work! I knew this would happen so I put the receipt in with it!

So I thought I would round up some Christmas Gift Ideas for the family that hopefully will go down a lot better than my gift to my mum did last year (it turns out she liked the clothes, but they didn’t fit and didn’t have her size when she returned them. I have no idea what she got in the end and I will continue to bring it up every year!)

*Chocolate

Chocolate always goes down really well in our family. Everyone gets it all the time. One of our favourite brands to gift has to be Guylian. It’s simply not Christmas without some Guylian seashells! This bag will be split into my Aunties Bags for my sisters. And sampled of course!

For something a little different than your run of the mill selection box, why not head over to Sous Chef and check out their mouth-watering selection of chocolates with some surprising flavours. If chocolate isn’t your thing, then there is a brilliant foodie selection with something for everyone.

*Clothes

OK, now I know last years attempts didn’t go too well, but that hasn’t put me off gifting clothes to family members. I like to buy things they wouldn’t buy themselves or that they need to save them having to buy themselves. I think this is the grown-up in me talking now. But think coats, new trainers/boots, or outfits they have been looking at buying themselves.

Personally, I live in leggings and these Love Leggings in acai, £15 are comfy and a lovely thick material too! They make a great gift for any legging lover in your family.

*Bean Bag.

I have recently been gifted this stunning bean bag from Bean Bag Bazaar to review. It has been a huge hit in our home and kids and adults alike love it. This particular bean bag is £99.99 but would make a great gift for any or even all of the family to enjoy this Christmas.

*Alcohol.

Alcohol is always a winner with most adults. After discovering that, actually I do like gin just not with tonic, gin is always top of my list. As is vodka. I am especially looking forward to trying this Tiny Tipple Rhubarb and Ginger gin from Yumbles for £19.99. You can find gifts for gin lovers at Yumbles now which will make perfect Xmas presents.

*Kitchen Gadgets

I’m not talking irons or anything like that. I would not thank you for one of those. But for those with a love of kitchen gadgets, then you could consider gifting something like this fab air fryer from Cosori. This is the 3.5l version and is £69.99. I was recently sent one to review and it is pretty quickly replacing my oven when it comes to mealtimes. there are so many different things you can make in it! Obviously this kind of gift isn’t for everyone but personally, I would love it and as a family, we have gifted an air fryer to my mum as a birthday present as she was after one!
