Gravitate SuperSculpt: The Results

gravitate nutrition and me

Way back in the beginning of June I blogged about my upcoming trial of Gravitate’s SuperSculpt tablets and MultiVits. I was gifted their 30-day weight loss starter kit so I could try it out and let you know if they actually work and what I think of them. This post is my Gravitate SuperSculpt: The Results dum,dum,dummmm………..

Before we start how about a quick recap;

Gravitate 30 day Weight Loss Starter Kit is a 30 day supply of Supersculpt and a 30 day supply of DietVits. The Supersculpt capsules contain 500mg Glucomannan each and the DietVits contain all the vitamins and nutrients you need to help keep you healthy and to make sure nothing is lacking from your diet. All ingredients are 100% natural, stimulant free and have no side effects. They are also approved by the diet pills comparison site, being ranked second in their top five diet pills!

Glucomannan is a natural fibre found in the root of the konjac plant and is clinically proven to help with weight loss by suppressing your appetite and making you feel full. It does this in two ways. Firstly, it fills your digestive tract by swelling up and secondly, glucomannan can slow down the rate at which sugars and carbohydrates are absorbed through the gut.

Having tried similar products before with awful side effects I was initially pleased to read that these didn’t give you any side effects whatsoever. No heady rush of caffeine, jitters from a concoction of ingredients. Just Glucomannan. I can confirm that they 100% didn’t give me any side effects at all so a big plus there from me.

Initially, I wrote my previous post after taking them for a few days and I had already lost some weight and was noticing a reduction in my appetite. I was curious to read it back to see if this was the case for the whole month or not. Truthfully it’s a bit of a mixed one if I am honest.

Yes, there has been a reduction in my snacking in general but not consistently every day. Does this mean that the tablets don’t work? No. It means that I am that used to eating a lot that my brain is still telling me I need to eat when I actually don’t. I found a lot of the time I was eating mostly out of boredom and because I am used to doing so. Most of the time I actually wasn’t hungry at all and made myself feel a bit sick by overeating.

My portion size has reduced quite significantly and I have tried as much as possible to change my diet and eat more healthily. I am eating more fruit and making sure I have some sort of salad or vegetables with each meal. This helping me to not pile so many chips onto my plate just to fill it.

I failed again to put into place a structured workout schedule I could stick to. Thanks in part to working more hours than I am used to and also getting a stinking cold lasting well over a week. The cold saw me miss a few tablets and a slight increase in weight due to not moving off the sofa. I am including this out of honesty. I’m not perfect, I do slip and I do forget to do things at times.

I achieved a weight loss. Not as much as I wanted to but had I continually put in more effort diet/workout wise then the results would have been so much more impressive. But with moderate exercise and a small change in diet, the results were more than I thought they would be. This is all down to the Glucomannan helping me to reduce my food intake.

My favourite thing is that I have learnt that I do not need to eat the amount I used to and my meals have remained smaller than before taking the supplements. Fruit and vegetables have increased in frequency on my plate and whilst not 100% successful snacking has reduced considerably. I still do eat the wrong foods at times yet the amount I eat isn’t as much and binges are less frequent too.

Would I recommend it?

Yes. Basically yes I would. Obviously, these tablets are not a replacement for a healthy diet but for those like me who struggle with the amount of food they eat then yes. These will help you get that under control so you can start making changes yourself. Putting a regular exercise schedule in place will also help you to achieve maximum results too.

*Use as directed for best results

*Plan ahead. You need to take the tablets 1 hours before meals so plan your meal times in advance to make sure you to get the full benefit.

*Drink plenty of water. This is one of the best things I can tell you. The tablets need water to work correctly so make sure to drink the recommended amounts with tablets and during the day.

*For maximum results use in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise

*Disclaimer: I was provided with a months supply of the above product to write about my experience and results taking them*

  1. Very interesting review, and great pictures, thank you! So often with supplements it’s a question of trying out different ones in a controlled way and just seeing what works for you. It can be so hard to predict. These sound potentially very helpful for some people.

  2. I think it’s a good thing in a way that you didn’t do more exercise too, as otherwise how much weight loss and toning would you attribute to exercise and how much to the product? So you’ve probably given it a more fair and scientific trial. Good to see it has kick started more healthy eating for you too – keep up the good work, you’re looking great! #KCACOLS

  3. Really great review! I’ve never heard of these before so I’m intrigued. Im also a bit two sided about them but love your honesty about not being perfect, who is eh?! #KCACOLS

  4. Great review, really informative! You can definitely see a difference in those pictures, well done! #KCACOLS

  5. Wow, you can definitely see a difference in those photos. Well done. I think if they help then that is certainly a good thing, even a kick start to help us get on the right track. Trying to keep away from those temptations is so hard, so really well done.
