Word of the Week: Exhausted

I really wanted to have a good word this week. Something nice and positive but I am so tired I can’t think of one.

I cry when I have to get up of a morning, I pout till I get to bed and there is a tantrum of teenage proportions waiting to explode out of me due to sheer exhaustion.

I know it is just my body getting used to working full time again and combined with the new school term, I just feel like I haven’t stopped yet this week.

So some good points about this week! Make up is my best friend, lots of it! Job is going ok, still learning the ropes so to speak, it’s not been a bad week just full on and pretty busy and it has also helped my start to control my eating. I am having a slim fast shake for breakfast with fruit and a berrocca type vitamin thingy, slim fast meal bar for lunch with some more fruit (fresh figs today delicious!) and then something quick and easy when I get home. I really need to start using my slow cooker more so some delicious recipes in the comments would be much appreciated. I am still managing to blog so that’s a good sign isn’t it!

So all in all a pretty decent week but totally overshadowed by my need to sleep!

I hear you, it's busy here at the moment too and I am totally shattered. My new commute has left me exhausted. hope you get to have some time to relax and catch up on some rest #WotW

Oh no, I hope you get a chance to recharge your batteries. The start of term is always full on, add in a new job and it's no wonder you are so tired. x

I'm not at all surprised that this is your word! You have got loads to adjust, too, and I'd imagine dieting is tiring you, too. Glad it's going well, though, despite the tiredness! Thanks for joining in with #WotW

Oh, and I have a slow-cooker pin board, if that helps! – http://www.pinterest.com/ReadingRes/slow-cooker-meals/
