We all know I struggle, seriously struggle to stay on the healthy wagon. Recently I lost a stone in just over 4 weeks for a holiday. So this is a morale boost if you please, to prove to myself that yes, healthy eating does work. And no I don’t need to consume so many calories and exercise really does make you feel better. I can change my diet, my health and my weight. I will make improvements to reduce the pain in my knees and back. By eating right and working out.
Things to do today! Stop procrastinating and moaning that I feel really unhealthy and unfit!
