We all know I struggle, seriously struggle to stay on the healthy wagon. Recently I lost a stone in just over 4 weeks for a holiday. I managed this by doing a daily 15 minute HIIT session and by reducing my diet with the help of meal replacements packs. There I was in the zone and loving it. I know I was and I felt it too. What will it do for me?

So this is a morale boost if you please, to prove to myself that yes, healthy eating does work. And no I don’t need to consume so many calories and exercise really does make you feel better.     Hiya,
    I started my lighter life 5:2, 3 weeks ago.. I have lost 4lbs so far, although been pretty bad over the last 4 days, so I will be doing 4:3 this week..
    My akm is to lose 1 stone and 7lbs by October.. So having others to help motivate me would br great. A hubby that works 24/7 and 2 boys under 4 is killing any workout times for me!!
