Win with Freeletics and One Frazzled Mum
During 2020, my levels of activity have somewhat dwindled to frequent openings of the fridge and occasional climbing the stairs! From 3 Zumba classes, a week and regular walks to becoming not far off sedentary have been a huge shock to the system.
Sure, there have been massive changes to everyone’s routines this year, but due to work, I was unfortunately unable to join in the nations PE classes. As time has gone on, I have seen my fitness levels decrease to the point where should I wish to work out again, I am back to a complete beginner and need to start small.
For someone who was previously fit and active, I know this will be along the hard journey. But that journey started today. Tuesday 27/10/2020. I was asked to take part in trialling a digital fitness platform complete with coaching and nutritional guidance. Freeletics has over 51 million users worldwide. And now it has one more! I have set up my account to work out Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
From my first workout, I was impressed you could change the length of the workout, adapt it to your fitness level before you even start and rate each exercise once you have finished and provide feedback on you felt doing it. I chose a super easy 15-minute workout to help ease me back in. My stamina and flexibility aren’t what it was, and for a couple of weeks, this will show how much I can do. But I like that I can adapt my workout to make it more sustainable. After all, a shorter, easier workout is better than none at all!
If this sounds like something, you would like to try in place of heading to a gym read on to find out more about Freeletics and how you can win one of 2 x three month of the training and nutrition bundles!
