Win A ProYouth Nutrition Bundle

Not so long ago, I ran a competition to win a bundle of ProYouth Nutrition bars, and I had a great response. So when I was approached again to run a new giveaway to celebrate the bars now being stocked in ASDA, I knew I had to say yes.

Who Are ProYouth Nutrition?

Marina founded ProYouth.

I’m Marina mum to 2 bubbly kids who love to stay active through various sports and clubs.

After school is often a rush to clubs. As a fussy easter, my daughter particularly struggled with low energy levels, especially when she joined a competitive swimming squad at the age of 8. I learnt from speaking to other parents that it’s a huge challenge to find a handy snack to take with you when you are rushing off to training. Like me, they too were looking for a more nutritional snack on the go to keep kids filled until meal times not sugar loaded cereal bars.

Sadly, adult protein or sports snacks contained ingredients that were not safe or had the levels not suitable for young people. They can cause stomach cramps and could be damaging in the long run. I didn’t want to feed my children with products that contained artificial sweeteners and cheap protein versions.

This is when I realised there was a real need for an alternative option that suits young people’s nutritional profile that they can eat as an everyday healthy snack.

About ProYouth Nutrition Bars

Every ingredient and the level included in each bar has been scientifically chosen to optimise performance while still being healthy, nutritious and tasty for kids. They are available in 3 flavours, Choco Brownie, Vanilla Delight and Banana Split.

You can order all three flavours via the Proyouth website or now in-store at ASDA! You can grab them in your weekly shop if you need healthy snacks for your kids, whether they are active or not.

Each bar contains;

  • 10-11grams of whey protein is gut healthy and easily absorbed into the body.
  • Vitamin B12 is vital for supporting brain neurological and psychological function.
  • Magnesium reduces tiredness and electrolyte balance.
  • Copper for iron transport combined with Phosphorus and Manganese for further energy-yielding metabolism.
  • All ingredients are gluten-free; however, they are made in a factory that handles other bars that may contain gluten.
  • Bars contain cashew and almond nuts.
  • Manufactured in a peanut-free environment.
