Win A Copy of The Happy Woman with One Frazzled Mum. The Big Birthday Giveaway #3

One Frazzled Mum is 3!

It’s day 3 and I’m leaving the cakes behind. Today you can win a copy of The Happy Woman: What You Can Learn from Kids, Dogs and Men. Interesting right! The book is a digital download, not a physical copy,  please bear this in mind when entering if you prefer your books to be actual paper books, not ebooks. Me, I can read either.

What is The Happy Woman: What You Can Learn from Kids, Dogs and Men about?

win a copy of the happy woman picture of the book cover

The modern woman is a master juggler. From our partners to our children, our friends to our career, life is more demanding than ever. Expectations on us are even greater. And we’re supposed to take it all in our stride and smile. Using observations, insights and recognised life coaching techniques, Happiness Coach Jaelithe Leigh-Brown shows women how it’s still possible to be everything to everyone without sacrificing the single most important thing – our own happiness. And it starts at home, with a look at some of those closest to us: kids, dogs and men.

Weather permitting, I would obtain a healthy snack and treat and take them with me to eat :- At a local park. The park has an animal area with birds such as chicken, ducks, canaries, budgies etc. Rabbits, guinea pigs etc. Also the play park for children in nearby the enclosed animal area. So I could sit and reax, watch the animals, see the children play on swings etc. Meanwhile I could browse through a book or magazine. I do like to combine a variety of tasks, observations etc. As they do say variety is the spice of life. I do love animals, interesting and relaxing to watch and chat to.
